If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.

Warranty Claims

HOCO products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Contact us with your order number to start a warranty claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, and any item showing signs of use or damage not present at delivery, are not eligible for return.
